Weaknesses aren’t bad. They just show that we’re human.
Better still, weaknesses show that we’re not God. It’s really what we do with them that counts.
Some like to staff their weaknesses – they employ people to do what they cannot do. Makes so much sense.
Some prefer to turn their weaknesses into strengths. Looks like plenty of work to me.
Some prefer to ignore their weaknesses and expect everyone to cope with them. Not cool in my opinion.
Some prefer to put more focus on their strengths, to the point where their weaknesses become almost invisible to the human eye. These people look dangerously perfect. Hian!
And some prefer to be spirit-controlled, allowing the Holy Spirit work through them, strengthening their weaknesses as the situation demands. These are the “baddest”, you can’t figure them out.
We’re humans, and the flesh is limited. But the Spirit isn’t. So let’s tap into that spirit some more.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” is a spiritual confession (Philippians 4:13). The physical manifestation makes you look like Superman. People will look for your weak points and they’ll die trying.
