Sometimes, we feel tired, burnt out, down on our luck, and out of options, wondering if what we’re doing is worth it.
We know we’ve been blessed with gifts that can change the world and we put in the work every day in our different spheres of influence.
On this quest, it’s rare to find anyone who is always on 100% daily: recharged, never discouraged, with zero negativity, and constantly tapping into the supernatural.
But God, who isn’t human, is always 100%. He never messes up, always showing up whenever we need Him, constantly saying to us, “Even when you’re at 20%, I’m here to fill you up to 100%.”
At Empowered to Work, we believe that God fills us with His Spirit which gives us the power to do exceptional work so that we become all He wants us to be.
We believe that we have an endless supply of energy in Christ, and our best bet is to always head to the Word to get more.
Our mission is to ensure that as you stay recharged daily on God’s word through our resources, you DISCOVER the truth about how you have been empowered, DEPLOY your gifts in the marketplace and DEVELOP to become all God wants you to be.
Our weekly Recharged newsletter helps empowered entrepreneurs like you to see through obstacles and deploy their gifts in the marketplace. Subscribe for free.

I’m an entrepreneur and run a Virtual Incubator at Rathersure where we help entrepreneurs build digitally-driven passion projects through training and coaching.
I’m also co-founder of Odio Digital – a Canadian-based digital marketing agency that amplifies what under-represented founders love to do while handling the marketing activities they dislike or have no expertise in.
For a long time, I hid behind the ability to work long and hard, which made me look strong, so nobody saw how I struggled with low self-esteem, negative thoughts and self-doubt.
I started writing a daily newsletter in 2017 to document what I did to work differently. I made progress, and paused the newsletter a few times, but it didn’t change the fact that I often experienced burnout.
January 6, 2022, God was merciful enough to show me why I need to rely on His strength to live fulfilled and lead those who depend on me.
I hope that as I learn to work differently and share my progress with you, you also learn to do the same.
