There is no gift, no talent, no work that is more important than the other. They all operate together to fulfill God’s plan.
If the Pastor must preach, there is a fashion designer, filled with the Spirit of God, to make his fine apparel.
So also, if the Church must look conducive and inviting, there is an interior decorator, filled with the Spirit of God, to give it the look and feel it needs.
If a writer must write books that saves lives, then there is a book designer, editor, publisher and marketer, filled with the Spirit of God, to ensure the finished product looks good and gets into the hands of people. And then there’s an accountant to monitor the figures that come in.
God wasn’t going to build His terbanacle Himself. He also wasn’t going to allow Aaron perform his Priesthood responsibilities naked. So He empowered Bezalel and other men with the skills needed to do this good work (Exodus 31:1-6).
If at any point, you feel the work you do makes you more important than the other person, think again. Even the Cobbler who makes your shoes so you don’t walk barefoot is important.
