What Vessel Are You?

An idle hand is the devil’s workshop.

Many times, I randomly say subtle prayers of sexual preservation for my loved ones who are ladies. Not because I feel the men don’t need prayers, but because I know the risks that abound.

Just as God constantly works with people who will advance the kingdom through their work, the devil also works with people who will walk the earth and devour (1Peter 5:8).

We are all vessels and while you can’t control the kind of vessel someone else will be, you can ensure you’re the right kind of vessel.

It’s not enough to “say no to rape”. Say a prayer for the ladies you know and for the idle hands in your neighborhood. Let’s just start with that.
