Question: How do you know you need to change your job?
Answer: When you dread Mondays with all your heart, might and soul.
Sometimes it may just mean you need to change something about that job, and not the entire thing.
It could be the early rise that puts you off, or the traffic, or your boss/client, or a particular colleague.
Regardless of whether you’re an employee or a business owner, it’s possible to change what you don’t like with the work you do.
I’ve seen people change locations to avoid the early morning rush, re-program their minds in order to get along with people that pissed them off, and become so good in their core areas that they get to push aside some of the work they don’t like for other people to do.
Yes it takes conscious effort and critical thinking, but with God, nothing is impossible. It all boils down to how bad you want it (Mark 9:23).
