“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:24 NIV
It was January 2018. I was leading a network marketing team of over 200 members and I had hit a roadblock. Our growth stagnated and members were losing out on the program benefits because their accounts were expiring.
My direct downlines didn’t know what to do because I was the brains behind the digital tech powering the growth, so all eyes were on me.
I cried that night. And I prayed, asking God for some kind of breakthrough. It was one of the most selfless prayers I had done because I truly just wanted the dreams of my team to come true.
The very next day, while having an unrelated conversation with my parents in the living room, the growth idea hit me like a cricket bat.
I dashed into my room (which was also my makeshift office) and started mapping out the hack. The Holy Spirit became my Ultimate Hacker that day and after implementing the solution, we doubled our growth. To this day, even though we’ve all moved on to other endeavours, close team members still believe there’s no problem I can’t hack.
Unknown to them, it wasn’t me. I had help and I’ve always had help.
One prayer I say consistently is for God to always amplify my efforts and multiply my results. The effort you put into that project might seem small even though you worked really hard at it. But when you choose to involve God in the mix, the impact of the results you get will magnify that input in the entire project.
So put God to work with prayer and watch Him work like crazy.
