“You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet…” Psalms 8:6 NKJV
Have you tried to imagine the dominion you have as a child of God and how you’re yet to scratch the surface?
Look at it this way: God created the heavens and the earth as documented in Genesis 1. As vast as this creation is, he made us and handed the keys of the Kingdom to us.
Then man fell, and up until redemption, God’s mission was to get those keys back in our hands, which was fulfilled through Jesus Christ.
Now, we have the keys to unlock dominion in any sphere. God’s creation—the very works of his hands—can now be influenced by us.
Even though our spirits are confined in mortal bodies because we reside on earth, to God, we are not limited by our flesh. His Spirit in us gives us power and authority over everything he created.
So we can calm the sea, speak to storms, stop the rain, judge nations, explore space and time, and ultimately conquer death.
There’s nothing we can’t do because we have no limitations. Let that sink in. With God, nothing is impossible.
How does this limitless potential influence how we work?
The truth is, for most of us, our potential hasn’t been activated. That’s why it’s called “limitless potential.” It’s static and unused, sitting inside us, just waiting to be activated.
In different seasons, we may activate a small part of it, but a good chunk remains untouched.
Whatever we produce currently is only a fraction of our capabilities.
The money made, the influence had, the impact achieved, the revelation received, and the exploits expressed today are only a tiny fraction of what we are capable of.
This means that what we do today can be better tomorrow. We never get to the end of possibilities until we transition into death. What you think is excellent can always be better. We are yet to experience our best.
So stop saying, “I’ve tried my best.” You haven’t because you don’t even know what that looks like. You’ve only done better than yesterday. You never really know what your best looks like.

Have you closed your mind to certain things, refusing to go beyond your current perspectives?
A growth mindset lets you stay curious about your next learning experience. It allows you to challenge current standards to explore something superior. This is the only way we can continue breaking our limits.
