Work is about purpose. You don’t, or rather shouldn’t work for the sake of it.
In every purpose, there’s an instruction. You shouldn’t try to achieve a purpose without first understanding the details of the instruction.
The purpose of a phone is for communication. But every phone has an instruction manual.
In every instruction, there’s a timeline. Version 2.0 has more or different instructions than version 1.0. To operate a higher version, you need to know the new instructions.
Many of us want to “operate higher versions” in our lives or work, but we refuse to listen out for the new instructions. Or sometimes, we just can’t hear.
We work with old instructions and expect to easily achieve greater results after a couple of years.
Nothing works that way. It’s not even logical.
New instructions often present easier ways of getting the things we want. They’re always more improved than earlier versions.
Hard work is good, but work hard on the right things. There are some things you ought to get easily.

If there’s a new instruction, get it. Be a student again. Work smartly.
