Running a business, making management decisions, structuring product pricing, deciding on a business name, developing a proposal, raising children, and so on all have some kind of guideline or formula you must follow.
There are so many frameworks and formulas that you’d almost think existence is a mathematical equation, and we’re all living in a matrix.
Maybe one day, we’ll be unplugged and realize we were just a bunch of code.
Can’t I just say, “let me create this…” And then I create it based on an inner directive?
Frameworks and formulas are good, but they’re not the ultimate. They’re only created to guide the process, and should in no way, determine the final outcome.
You still have the final say and can “tweak to taste”, regardless of what guideline, framework, formula, strategy or tactic you’re following.
The people who create these roadmaps would always advise that the user customizes based on their unique situation.
And that’s because even though these things are created based on experience and expertise, everyone is unique.
However, put less focus on the latest framework or strategy you’re using and more on growing into the man you were created to be.
That man is someone who has the Spirit of God and works according to His will. When those two are in sync, whatever we say or do will produce lasting results, just like Adam (Genesis 2:19), whether there’s a framework/formula or not.
*”man” here is not gender specific.
