Power Up Your SPIRIT
“For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’”
Isaiah 41:13 NKJV
2021 and 2022 greeted me with so much fear. I had just quit my job in 2021 and my business was dying.
I started to feel signs of burnout, and unfulfilment, and now, with limited cash flow and a family to feed, I was afraid.
But then God held my hand because, towards the end of 2022, I encountered coaches and communities that helped me overcome that fear. They were able to help me identify it and eliminate it.
Now, although I still feel afraid to do some things, I am in a much better position.
Going through a full year without an answer was crazy, but when direction came, it helped me place more value on the experience.
What are you afraid of? You may not see God’s hand, but He’s holding you. And by the time He leads you to the answer, you will be grateful for the experience.
Don’t let fear overcome faith. Keep on trusting Him. The answer is here.

How does fear prevent us from doing exploits at work?
Sometimes we are afraid without knowing it. We can mask it with wordplay, but the truth is it’s really fear. Here are some examples:
- You need to make a firm decision on something but you’re afraid of what people will say. Sometimes the consequences look terrible, but if you’re sure your decision is the right one, God can show you a better way to take it.
- You want to quit your job, but entrepreneurship scares you. A way to conquer this fear is to have a long-term exit strategy. I left my first job after executing an 8-month exit strategy.
- You want to share your unique message with others, but you feel unqualified. I’ve learned that if you feel adequate to share your message, then that’s probably not your message. Imposter syndrome never leaves, we simply learn how to deal with it.
These are just examples of how fear holds us back and the strategies to conquer that fear.
What are you afraid of? There’s always a way to deal with it.

I want to be the type of person who looks fear in the face and does what is needed, regardless. That’s my first answer to this question.
