Built To Stand

The moment people start knowing more about you, it gets harder to hide your flaws.

In this internet-crazy era, everybody wants to say something. Everybody wants to be heard. Everybody wants to voice out, or go viral.

The question is, are you ready for it?

You can easily spot the maturity of people by the way they slander others, rain insults or express themselves.

For someone who always plants negativity wherever he goes, should that kind of person be given an inch of a platform for expression?

Perhaps not.

He’ll probably just contribute to the noise that already exists in the digital space.

The fact remains that a platform elevates you and places you in plain sight for everyone to see.

When an internet troll throws a bottle at you, it’ll easily hit you because you’re in plain sight. The same way roses will easily fall around you.

There were those who accused Jesus, and those who supported him. There was hardly a distinct reaction from him (Matthew 27:14).

When that happens, we’ll get to see who you really are. Would you be a troll, or a fairy? Are you built to stand?
