Your score is
This means you have a constant habit of overworking.
As someone who has a daily schedule plagued with overwork, this could mean that you are a workaholic and on your way to burnout. New research suggests that family members may be experiencing emotional repercussions as well.
This simply means you need to:
- Define what work-life balance means to you and those around you.
- Address the root causes of your behaviour, such as anxiety, perfectionism, or a compulsive need for control.
- Get your blood pressure checked.
- Do a self-assessment of your physical health, mental well-being, and relationships
- Connect to work on a deep level that aligns with your values and purpose.
- Build compassion for yourself and those around you.
- Reorganise your time so you are more productive. Working long hours consistently isn’t productive because rest is important.
- Set boundaries around work
- Take regular breaks and time off
- Find ways to engage in meaningful activities outside of work
- Enlist the support of friends, family, or colleagues to hold yourself accountable and provide encouragement as you make these changes
- Understand that you are who you are because you are filled by the spirit of God. Team members who don’t work like you are equally valuable.
